It's All About Culture Presented by Kim Nash - Owner of THriv  (webinar link send 2 days prior to meeting)

Culture is important because it is the shared values that shapes the behavior in our organizations. Culture defines everything in an organization beginning with those who are hired, how we conduct business, make decisions, and treat others.  Culture is integrated into the business strategy. What is your organization's culture, and does everyone within your organization have the same perception? If not, how do you get there?

Kim's presentaton will focus on the following topics:

  • Defining Culture – we will explore various organizations’ cultures
  • Culture Myths – we will discuss various myths about cultures and how to break those myths
  • Culture Truths – we will focus on truths about culture that we can incorporate into our organizations
  • Identifying Culture – we will look at how culture is defined in our organizations, what is our EVP?
  •  Advancing Culture – we will identify how we can move our organizations to a well-defined and well communicated culture which includes creating a cultural vocabulary and avoiding cultural drift.
  • Culture Lens – we will practice making a variety of business decisions looking through the cultural lens of integrity.

Learning Objectives:
