New Year - New Solutions to Old Challenges

James Kinville, MA, Senior Director, Life Solutions with UPMC, will be presenting on some of the key issues facing our workforce and ourselves as we head into the new year.  How can we enable our workforce to identify and deal with challenges such as stress, substance abuse, financial debt, etc.?  Mr. Kinville will share tools that can be taken back and shared with our worforce as well as outline some training options that may be available.

Mr. Kinville is the Senior Director of Life Solutions and has over 20 years of EAP/Work-Life experience in managed care and specialty health management. In his role, he will direct Life Solutions' strategic agenda and lead staff that delivers EAP services to local, regional, national, and international customers and clients. Mr. Kinville will provide leadership coaching and organization consultation for Life Solutions' diverse set of clients.

Before joining WorkPartners, he served in several executive roles and was responsible for directing EAP and Work-Life services for diverse and large populations. Mr. Kinville also has experience overseeing the operations of Care Management Centers and developing several programs to aide in the overall success of EAP utilization and patient outcomes, while reducing readmission rates and costs.

Mr. Kinville earned his bachelor's degree in psychology and organizational development from Grand Valley State University in Allendale, MI and his Masters in Clinical Psychology and Substance Abuse Studies from the University of Detroit.
