Penn College Student Career Development Volunteer Opportunity

One mission of West Branch HR is to advance workforce development in our community. What better way is there to do that than to provide guidance to an individual just starting out in their career. Penn College has volunteer opportunities available for Human Resources and business professionals who are able to provide this guidance to their students. As workforce veterans, we are uniquely qualified to assist students with various needs including resume reviews, networking tips, updating LinkedIn profiles appropriately, and helping students hone their interview skills.

On Monday, February 27th between the hours of 9am-4pm, Penn College will offer a Walk in Monday for students before Career Fair day.  It is typically well attended by students seeking assistance with resume reviews, networking tips, and updating LinkedIn profiles.

You do not have to be there for the entire duration of the event. If you are able to volunteer for a few hours, email Lizze Winters at lwinters@pct.edu to schedule for a time you are available.
