Round Table Discussion

This Round Table Discussion will provide our community the opportunity to check in with their peers, to discuss current topics of importance, and ask questions about best practices used at other organizations.  

The discussion will be moderated by our very own Amanda Wright. Possible topics for discussion may include:

• COVID time off, pay and other policies 
• Raising wages and possible strategies to be competitive
• Medical Marijuana best practices
• Attracting talent in a tight labor market
