Amanda Wright, a graduate of Penn State University, has been working in the recruiting and staffing field for more than 12 years.  As the current Director of Business Development & Operations for Spherion Staffing, Amanda guides teams of recruiters across the state to recruit the best talent available, retain them, and assist their client in achieving workforce success. She is also an active member of the Board of Directors for the West Branch Human Resources Society.

Amanda will present information from Spherion's Emerging Workforce Study and discuss the findings regarding ways to attract, retain and engage talent, focusing on workforce drivers amidst growing remote position opportunities.  Please join us to add to the conversation, share your experiences or pose  questions on how the pandemic has changed the nature of your workforce.
