Challenges and Changes for 2020 HR Laws and Regulations

Kelly Fitzgerald will be presenting on the challenges and changes to FMLA.  As the Director of Leave Services at MedLeave Solutions LLC, a subsidiary of Creative Benefits, Inc., Kelly oversees a team of Leave Specialists dedicated to providing absence and leave management services. 

FMLA and leave administration / compliance are core pillars of our organization. FMLA and leave administration is complex and heavily regulated; Kelly and her team pride themselves on being experts on the ever-changing federal and state leave laws, relieving clients of the leave administration burden and providing impacted employees with a positive experience.

After receiving her degree in Psychology from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania, Kelly joined Creative Benefits as a consultant, with a focus on voluntary benefits.  Kelly’s extensive knowledge around voluntary benefits allows her to identify products and solutions that ensure employees are covered at every stage of life.  It felt like a natural progression to turn her attention to FMLA, where she can act as a valuable advisor and resource to our employer clients and their employees.
