Amanda Wright is the Director of Business Development and Operations for Spherion Staffing in Pennsylvania.
Since 2009, she has been serving our region as a recruiting resource and HR guide for companies all over. In addition to her position at Spherion, Amanda has served as the President of WBHRS, as well as other non profits including the YWCA and Transitional Living Center. Even in her volunteer world, Amanda supports the recruiting needs of the organizations, having recently been involved in the recruiting of the new CEO for the YWCA.
Leveraging tools, technology and good ol' fashioned networking, Amanda will share some tips for how to recruit in the most challenging hiring market seen in years.
Dianna Durrwachter is an undergrad alumni of Penn State University. She has a Diversity and Inclusion HR Management Certificate from Cornell University as well as a MS in Human Resource Strategic Management from Belleview University
Dianna believes that positive workplace cultures are not a matter of happenchance! Building solid teams with purpose through effective communication is the real pulse of organizational success. She is passionate about bringing a truly authentic leadership approach to the table. Through behavioral based-motivational interviewing and positive culture initiatives; a thriving human capital strategy will result in meeting retention goals. Any industry can benefit from embracing HC initiatives and strategizing with HR teams as a true business partner.
Dianna will share the importance of HR partnership through behavioral/motivational based interviewing techniques, the importance of "Stay Interviews," and employee engagement as it all builds into and applies to, human capital building initiatives.
