      Workshop Policies

      Registration:

Each workshop seat must be reserved individually so every attendee receives the correct reminders and updates. Reservations cannot be made for multiple attendees under a single booking.

      Payment:

For security and system reasons, the same credit card may not be used more than once in the same day to book multiple seats for the same class. Please complete each registration with the appropriate attendee information and payment method.

      Cancellations:

Because space is limited and materials are prepared in advance for each guest, we are unable to accommodate last-minute cancellations, refunds, or class transfers. Each spot is reserved just for you, and your registration helps us keep our workshops small, hands-on, and special.

      Frequently Asked Questions

To keep our workshops running smoothly, please note:

One seat = one registration. Each attendee must be booked separately so we have the correct contact information for everyone in class.

Contact details matter. Be sure to use the attendee’s own email and phone number when registering so they receive all workshop reminders and updates.

Credit card use. For security, some banks do not allow more than one registration per day for the same class.

      What should I bring?

Just yourself and a smile! We provide all the tools, supplies, and materials you’ll need for the project. If anything special is required for a particular class, it will be listed in the workshop description.

      Are materials included?

Yes — every workshop includes all materials and step-by-step instruction. You’ll always leave with a finished piece (or plant!) that’s ready to take home and enjoy.

      Do I need experience?

Not at all! Our workshops are designed for beginners and seasoned makers alike. We’ll guide you through each step so you feel confident and have fun along the way.

How many people are in a class?

Most workshops are kept small — typically 8 to 20 participants — so everyone gets personal attention. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.

      What is your cancellation policy?

Since space is limited and materials are prepared in advance, we’re not able to offer late refunds or class swaps. Please be sure of your schedule before booking.

What should I expect during class?

Workshops usually run 60–120 minutes. We’ll start with a quick introduction and demonstration, then guide you step-by-step as you create. There’s plenty of time for questions, photos, and a little fun along the way!
